How to have a health sport …..?
- 1. u must prepare ur body to get some difficult movement with streeching.
- 2. Do the activity seriously.
- 3. Avoid any problem that can disturb ur exercise
- 4. Do any movement that u need to develope ur body wich u wanted
- Do the exercise daily
Kind of Sport & the advantage
- Swimming : increase our lungs capacity, enlarge ur legs muscle ,increase ur moves speed.
- Jogging : practice our stamina , burn our fat
- Meditation : practice our concentration
- Cicling : practice our lung's,increase bike skill,build our body's muscle
- Basket ball : practice our lung's,increase stamina,build leg's muscle,increase body's tall
- Football : practice our move speed,practice to cooperate with other people
