How to have a health sport …..?



  1. 1. u must prepare ur body to get some difficult movement with streeching.

  2. 2. Do the activity seriously.

  3. 3. Avoid any problem that can disturb ur exercise

  4. 4. Do any movement that u need to develope ur body wich u wanted

  5. Do the exercise daily



Kind of Sport & the advantage



  • Swimming : increase our lungs capacity, enlarge ur legs muscle ,increase ur moves speed.

  • Jogging : practice our stamina , burn our fat

  • Meditation : practice our concentration

  • Cicling : practice our lung's,increase bike skill,build our body's muscle

  • Basket ball : practice our lung's,increase stamina,build leg's muscle,increase body's tall

  • Football : practice our move speed,practice to cooperate with other people
